We are just getting towards the end of a crazy busy season of events and weddings through out Essex. We attend almost 200 events a year providing photo booth hire for your guests to enjoy. Running since 2014 we are well established in the events industry.

This year we have attended everything from Weddings, Bat mitzvahs, Anniversaries and birthday parties. We cover them all! If you have an event that doesn’t appear in our list do not fear, we will cover it!

We have had a manic end to our summer season, with all 3 booths out a lot of the time.

If you have used one of our booths at a recent event, we hoped you enjoyed it and look forward to meeting you at another party very soon.

There is no rest though, as just as the summer season comes to the end, Christmas is looking just as crazy. Christmas work parties are going to be massive for us this year, and we are looking forward to celebrating with all of you.

Wow, can you believe it’s the 1st December already?! Where has 2014 gone??? As some of you may know, 2014 was our first year in business, having started Gigglebox Booths in April of this year. How ever 2 of our staff members have been working in the wedding and events industry with a combined experience of over 16 years working with our sister company GDphotographer.

We couldn’t have asked for a better first year, with everyone loving the photo booth that uses it, we have already had repeat business… which in under a year I am very impressed with! We have a busy Christmas period on it’s way with Christmas parties and some weddings too. As well as this we already have a nice busy diary lined up for 2015, so busy infact we are already investing in a second photo booth! Exciting times! So I have to say everything is looking great!

I must say to all of our customers so far, thank you for letting us be part of a special event in your life! Every event we have been to this year, we have had great fun at and loved being a part of and we look forward to many more to come!

We are always coming accross funny and interesting articles and videos online… but this one really did make me laugh! I actually found it via my good friend Matt, over at 3 Cheers Media. For all of you that are interested, he is a professional wedding videographer based in Southend-on-Sea in Essex. We have often worked with him, so anyone looking for a quality videographer, go and check him out!

Please note the video does contain some strong language, so we would advise you not to watch it around children or at work infront of your customers. Apart from that, I think it should give you a few chuckles, it certainly did me!

Last weekend was a busy one for us, with two weddings of Jean & Bob, and Lindsey & Ben. Funny enough I didn’t actually realise but Gosfield Hall is also part of the same group as Leez Priory. So I actually worked with one of the same members of staff on both weddings. I think she was probably a bit shocked to see me again after seeing me in a completely different part of the county the night before! Always nice to see a familiar face though!

This week we have been very busy working on the marketing of Gigglebox Booths, as well as starting a brand new Essex Wedding Community on Facebook, called “Weddings in Essex“. Final plans have been completed for our brand new photobooth build, with new parts arriving every day ready for the big build!

Tomorrow we are off to Hertford, for Paul’s 50th birthday party. As always we are looking forward to a fantastic evening celebration, and I am sure as always the photo booth will go down a storm with all of his family and friends.

Apart from that, Christmas parties are now well upon us. Our first ever December is looking like a real manic one, and we can’t wait to join you all for your work Christmas parties and help create memories to talk about in the office in the New Year.

In other news, I am going to show my child side and admit I went to watch Paddington Bear this evening in the cinema. What a film… brought back all of those childhood memories! Make sure you go and check it out!

I must say I am embarrased to admit it, but I am hooked to this years I’m a Celebrity, get me out of here! I have always followed Jimmy Bullard as a football player, and I just think his character is fantastic and he really makes the show! I have never been a huge TV watcher, especially reality TV shows such as this, yet for some reason this year they have really managed to get me hooked!

Don’t you think it was strange when Kendra was saying that she got engaged whilst being one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends in the Playboy Mansion? Not sure how happy I would have been with that arrangement!!!

For all of you that do not watch it, check it out on ITV. You might surprise yourself like I have and actually enjoy the viewing! If you don’t… I am sorry in advance for wasting an hour of your time!

Who do you think is going to win? For me, my fingers are crossed for Jimmy Bullard! I must admit though Melanie Sykes was a machine during her bushtucker trial!
